The funny thing that I observed over the past 18 months is that everyone says this after they discover pricing.
The tragedy is that so few people actually look at pricing as a tool they should use.
Both are true for many industries, even more so in the SaaS and Software Services spaces that I am closest to, where I have seen this first hand.
